As we come out of lockdown 2, the revenge of the Covid, we can all agree that a little bit of normality is needed in our lives. Too many of us are going to work then straight home. All work and no play makes Jack bloody fed up!
Good news though is on the horizon. Even if where you live will be in tier 3 your local bookies will be back in business. Yes,

there are limitations, no live sport to be shown and a limit on customer numbers, but you will still be able to go and have a punt on your favourite game with your fellow regulars.
That’s the good news.....the bad is very unpalatable if you are a regular patron of your local amusements or casino. Both types of the establishment will remain closed in tier 3 areas. Amazing venues like #OnetecAmusements, the jewel of the Northeast, completely Covid compliant and with a lot more ventilation (a key factor in preventing the spread of any virus) than your average high street bookies. Don’t believe me? Check out last nights #HairySlotters premier using the link below and see for yourself.
Indeed your local casino is likely to be huge in comparison, also Covid compliant and has the space to promote social distancing. BGC chief Michael Dugher called the decision to keep casinos and amusements closed as “extremely disappointing” Do you agree with the BGC chief or do you see this as a just measure in the fight against Covid?
